1 Who We Are / Data Controller

8 Data Retention

11 Children and Minors
jwinph strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of twenty-one (21) years, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. The Platform is not directed at, and does not knowingly collect personal data from, minors under the age of 21.
If jwinph becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, that account will be immediately suspended, and all personal data associated with the account will be securely deleted — except for records that jwinph is legally required to retain for regulatory or legal proceedings related to underage access.
